Description
Micro-entrepreneurs play an important role in the economy, but many are struggling to keep up with fast changes in technology—especially with new tools like artificial intelligence (AI). This study looks at how having the right digital knowledge (knowing about online tools and trends) and digital skills (being able to use those tools) can help small business owners succeed. Using a theory called Dynamic Capabilities, the research shows how these entrepreneurs can better spot opportunities, take action, and adapt their businesses when things change. The goal is to understand how digital know-how can lead to business success. The findings will help create better support programs, training, and policies to help small businesses grow, especially in countries like Malaysia.
