Welcome to KMO & LTEC Conference 2025 – Participant Information Form
Each participant will receive a commemorative T-shirt as part of the conference welcome package. Please complete the form with your details, including your preferred T-shirt size. Be sure to refer to the size chart provided to select the most suitable fit (All measurements are in inches ).

- Visit website: Go to https://upc.ums.edu.my/
- Create an account: Register an account on the UPC website
3. Find LTEC 2025 event: Locate LTEC 2025 from the upcoming events list or directly access the registration page: LTEC 2025 Registration (https://upc.ums.edu.my/e/ltec2025andkmo2025)
4. Initiate Registration: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Register Now."
5. Select Your Registration Category: Choose the category that best applies to you
6. Enter Personal Details: Fill in your required personal information and click "Register" to proceed.
7. Registration summary: Click “Checkout” to proceed to payment.
8. Payment: Participants must choose either FPX or Credit Card as the payment method.
9. Registration complete: Participants will receive a registration confirmation via email.
