  • Track 3: Industry–Academia–Government Partnerships in Upskilling and Reskilling

    This track explores cross-sector collaborations that build job-ready and future-ready skills through co-designed programmes and credentials. It highlights scalable partnership models, work-integrated learning, and workforce development initiatives.

  • Track 4: Policy, Leadership, and Governance in Lifelong Learning

    This track addresses the policies, leadership approaches, and governance systems that enable sustainable lifelong learning ecosystems. It welcomes contributions on quality assurance, financing, recognition of prior learning, and institutional strategy.

  • Track 5: Community Empowerment through Lifelong Learning

    This track highlights how lifelong learning strengthens communities through university–community engagement, knowledge transfer, and social innovation. It welcomes examples of community-based learning, service learning, and programmes that build resilience and wellbeing.

  • Track 6: Lifelong Learning and The Future of Work in Asia

    This track examines the critical intersection between continuous education and the rapidly evolving labor market across the Asian continent. As industries undergo digital transformation, this track explores how lifelong learning systems can be redesigned to address the "skills gap" and prepare a resilient workforce for the future.
