ABSTRACT The digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is imperative for their sustained growth and competitiveness in today's business landscape. Labuan, facing constant economic changes, is compelled to embrace digital readiness to stay relevant. This research investigates the digital preparedness of MSMEs in Labuan, examining aspects such as technology adoption rates, digital skills proficiency, and navigating the complexities of the digital business landscape. The study aims to understand the current state, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to enable these businesses to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital age. The research also explores the technology readiness of users or industries, emphasizing the motivators and inhibitors influencing technological preparedness. The findings are expected to enhance Labuan's MSMEs' development, fostering innovation and economic resilience in the face of global digitalization.
