ABSTRACT
The rapid development in the field of entrepreneurship has attracted many individuals to venture in this field. Even nowadays, women entrepreneurs play an important role to the development of the country. In contemporary society, woman can multitask a normal life practices and venture into business and proven that they can achieve success. The attribution to the success of women entrepreneurs is analyzed and assessed based on their perspective. The reasons of successful among women entrepreneurs are due to their personal qualities and motivation into entrepreneurship. This paper purposes that in other to achieve success, women entrepreneurs must face some of challenges in entrepreneurship such as lack of financial support, lack of knowledge and experience, work-life balance, gender inequality and individual characteristic.
